I'm Ronit — founder, designer, and the person who will personally answer your first message. Ronit Balloon Studio was born from a simple belief: that every celebration, no matter its size, deserves to look truly extraordinary.

Growing up, I was always the person who paid attention to the little details — the ones that transform a good party into a memorable experience. When I discovered balloon art and installation design, I found a creative outlet that combined artistry, craft, and the joy of making people smile.

Do you require a deposit?

What is your cancellation policy?

How long do balloons last?

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ronit Balloon Studio website and the balloon decoration services we provide. By submitting an inquiry, booking our services, or using this website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

Ronit Balloon Studio provides custom balloon decoration services including but not limited to balloon garlands, arches, stage setups, centerpieces, themed installations, and event styling. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement. A confirmed booking is only established once a deposit has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
  • Quotes are estimates based on information provided at the time of inquiry
  • Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of the project changes
  • Prices are subject to change without notice for new inquiries
  • Delivery, setup, and travel fees are itemized separately where applicable

3. Deposits and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and begin design work
  • The deposit amount will be specified in your quote
  • The remaining balance is due prior to or on the date of your event, as specified in your booking agreement
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received by the agreed due date
  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at time of booking

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event may receive a partial credit toward a future booking at our discretion
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event forfeit the full deposit and any amounts paid
  • Rescheduling requests are accommodated subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days in advance
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case all payments received will be refunded in full

5. Delivery and Setup

  • Delivery is available across the Greater Boston area; fees vary by location and order size
  • Pickup is available from our Newton, MA location for eligible orders
  • Setup requires confirmed venue access at the agreed time; delays due to venue access issues are the client's responsibility
  • Breakdown and removal services are available upon request and may carry an additional fee
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control

6. Custom Orders

  • Custom designs are final once approved by the client in writing
  • Changes to approved designs may incur additional charges
  • Exact colors may vary slightly due to balloon material availability and dye lot differences
  • We reserve the right to make minor design adjustments if specific materials are unavailable, while maintaining the overall aesthetic
  • Large or complex builds require additional lead time and design approval before production begins

7. Outdoor Installations

Outdoor balloon installations are subject to weather conditions. Heat, wind, humidity, and cold can significantly affect balloon performance and longevity. We will advise on the suitability of outdoor installations for your event, but we cannot be held responsible for deterioration caused by environmental conditions once the installation has been delivered or set up.

8. Balloon Longevity

Balloon lifespan varies depending on the type of balloon, environment, temperature, and handling. Air-filled latex balloons typically last 12–24 hours; helium-filled balloons float for approximately 8–12 hours; foil balloons may last several days. We make no guarantee of balloon longevity beyond the event for which they were designed.

9. Safety and Liability

  • Balloons pose a choking hazard. Children must be supervised around balloons at all times
  • Broken balloon pieces must be disposed of immediately and kept away from young children
  • Some balloons contain latex. Please notify us of any latex allergies before booking
  • Installations must be used as intended and not climbed on, pulled, or tampered with
  • Once an installation has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for its safe use passes to the client
  • Ronit Balloon Studio is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use or misuse of our products after delivery

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and creative work produced by Ronit Balloon Studio remain our intellectual property. We may use photos of completed installations for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. If you prefer your event not to be featured, please notify us in writing before your event date.

11. Corporate and Vendor Terms

  • W-9 documentation is available upon request for business clients
  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) may be available upon request — please inquire in advance
  • Invoice-based billing is available for verified business clients
